Fabric is a mobile development tool that was acquired by Google to improve the Firebase app development platform.

Fabric released an announcement that they will be extending the shutdown date by 5 weeks from 31st March to 4th May 2020. The new users can start with Firebase with Crashanalytics, Google Analytics, and App distribution.

As per Fabric online news the Fabric users can still able to access all Fabric dashboard and products:

  • If your account is configured to receive emails, you’ll continue to get updates from Fabric regarding your app’s health/status
  • You can continue migrating apps from Fabric to Firebase.
  • They will shut down Fabric products and services on May 5, 2020, at which point you will no longer be able to migrate apps to Firebase or access the Fabric dashboards
